Funny how I've been doing abs for a while but after I blasted through the P90X ab ripper for a different routine I ended up limping like an old man 2 days later! Obviously I worked muscles in ways that I haven't before. And I thought I was hot **** for thinking I bested it. Serves me right for my arrogance.
