Hi all, just had my shoulder scoped and found I have arthritis in my shoulder "grade 3 chondral changes glenoid head approx 70% of surface". Surgeon recommends I stop lifting. Bit of a knee jerk reaction I think haha. Need my joint to last as long as possible so if anyone has any advice on particular lifts to avoid or ones to add would be appreciated. Have been told to avoid anything above my head so maybe get away with dropping shoulder presses going a bit lighter maybe?
