With all the different extracts available, I'm a little confused on which one to use. I've read that besides inflammation, it can also help with mild depression and anxiety. Anyone know which extract (meriva, longvida, theracumin or bcm-95) would be best for these purposes? My guess would be longvida since it's been shown to cross the blood brain barrier. However, would like to hear others thoughts and personal experiences.
