Will be doing my first pinning cycle in about 4 weeks, which will put me 8 -9 weeks post pct from epistane/11oxo/trest cutting stack. Did bloodwork today, expecting results tomorrow or the next day.
Cycle will be 6 weeks. Last big push before my wedding, looking to recomp/lean down. Currently 6’2, 200ishlbs, 15% or so. Down 30lbs since beginning of November.

IGF1-LR3- will be adding carbs to diet but keeping calories flat
Nutrition:
Will be following the Palumbo Cut diet, which I followed on my epi cycle(though scaled the calories down to 1800). Works out to 2500 calories(which is roughly maintenance for me), 292g protein, 130fat, less than 50g carbs.
Meal 1: 5 eggs and 4 whites
Meal 2: 2 scoops protein 2T peanut butter
Meal 3: 6oz chicken breast and 1/4c almonds
Meal 4: 2 scoops protein 2T peanut butter
Meal 5: 8oz flank steak, small greens salad with slight drizzle olive oil
Meal 6: 4 eggs and 4 whites
I’ll eat that 6 days a week. Monday I’ll sleep in, train fasted and eat only two meals, but anything goes as my carb up day. Not a gorge fest, but satisfy whatever cravings I have.
Training:
Monday: full body HIT and 30-40 minutes cardio
Tuesday: cardio and conditioning- 3-5 sets of the Bear, 20 minutes on the elliptical(hr 148+) and some core work
Wednesday: not to failure workout of bench press, rack pulls and whatever else I have time for just to get a good pump. 6-8 minutes HIIT on the bike. Also 30-40 minutes LISS cardio at night.
Thursday: rest or cardio if I missed a session
Friday: full body HIT, 30-40 minutes LISS
Saturday: not to failure workout focusing on arms and shoulders
Sunday: cardio and conditioning similar to Tuesday
