Could L-Arginine have raised my T level?

A couple years ago I thought I might have low Testosterone and sure enough the test showed me at 234 (I was 36yrs old at the time). A couple months later I had another test and the result was 434. Between the two tests I started taking L-Arginine. I later added Acetyl-l-Carnitine and Propionyl-l-Carnitine to the mix (all of them 2-3 grams per day) and my T level stayed in the 400s and even hit 535 once. However, at my most recent test it was back down to 400. Curiously, I stopped all three supps between that 535 and 400 score.

So ... I'm just wondering if the amino acid supplements are actually what boosted my Test, but I can't find anything on the net saying one way or the other.

Anyone have any idea?

I will let some others chime in but sounds more like a coincidence. Hormone levels fluctuate on their own. L-arginine has no pharmokinetics that I am aware of that would boost testosterone. How you were eating, stress you were under, exercise regimen could all change levels though.
