2 Anebeta Elite with breakfast, 2 spread through out the day
1 1/2 scoops alphamine before I leave for work and 1 1/5 scoops about 6 hours later
1 agmatine with breakfast and 1 with my lunch at work about 8 hours later
1 epro with breakfast
Today will be an off day for the gym. I have to work about 11 hours today so I'll be going in here shortly. I will probably stick with the 3 days on 1 day off scheme that I have going right now. It helps to have extra time off the gym when working these long shifts. Not to mention I need that rest time for growth! I'm used to going about 5-6 days with no off day so this is going to be a nice change. When I get to time to recomp/cut I'll probably go back to 6 days a week in the gym using one day as a cardio ab day.
When on cycle i go about two hours a day 6 days and for about was known for sneaking in on my off day. One hour lifting, 45 minutes cardio and 15 on abs daily. Right now I'm only going in for about an hour and fifteen to an hour and a half 6 out o 8 days so it feels good to get more breaks.Damn dude I couldn't imagine 6 days a week. Definitely bro, R3act and I are rotating 11-12 hour days. So I end up working 4 12s, 3 8s one week and them 4 8s, 3 12s the following week and repeat. Will be like this until after Christmas.So far so good.....that's a busy schedule between the long work days and the gym.

Back day. Incredible workout and the pump today is incredible! Energy was through the roof and I'm already feeling sore. Weight is up but I've been eating everything in sight so hard to judge whether that is from the supps. Will say I'm still feeling and looking lean, so hopefully that's a good sign. Lifted with a buddy from work today which is a nice change. He may be spotting me tomorrow for chest so maybe I can crush a PR..

Hard to tell for sure as my body goes through cycles depending on my diet. I have been eating way differently lately, upping my daily carbs by a hundred or more then the norm which usually makes me spill over but I still look shredded. That most likely is from the combo. Especially being I dropped using GDAs for this run, they are usually a staple especially when I up the carb intake.Noticing any muscle hardening yet?

Chest day. Woke up pretty sore, joints are feeling real rough. Starting to think EPRO is really in full effect. Weight is also creeping up about a half a pound a day yet I'm staying real dry. Really felt rushed being I have to go into work early today. Still got a damn good pump and workout though. I think this is one of the first times in a long time that my back has been achy sore from a workout so I can tell I killed it yesterday. Any suggestions on achy joints besides water and fish oil?

Sounds good and thanks bros. I will try upping the fish oil and water intake and cut back to every other day on the Epro for a bit. Got so excited because I wasn't seeing any sides so I went crazy with it! I remember last time I ran it eod was more then enough, so we shall see. I'm really liking how well it's keeping me dry so It may be worth it to pick cissus up and keep it at daily dosing.good numbers on the lifts bro. definitely getting stronger. for my joints i stack cissius with glucosamine and chondriotin and fish oils. its seemed to help quite a bit considering almost 2 years ago now the dr wanted to open up my shoulder to put it back together. im not saying the stuff works miracles but its helped with inflammation enough to forgo surgery until i cant move the thing. also, i've heard deca and npp are great for joints...
