Both are used as NO boosters
Both are used to increase endurence and work capacity.
Which would you use and why?

It may or may not be losing popularity but it works great for me. Have some of the best workouts using just 4.5 GPLC and 5000mcg of methyl B12.N experience with GPLC but I get the feeling that compound ight be fadeing out of popularity. I do love citruline malate, but my vote would be biased.
I've had good results from this as well but i used 4.5 GPLC and Hemavol (has 5g of CM). I had great strength endurance with this combo.Do both 4 grams of gplc and 4 grams of cm.
There's no scientific proof this does anything for healthy humans (that i could find ).5 grams of ribose pre and 5 grams post.
I think the nitrate molecule works by relaxing blood vessels in a more direct way than by increasing NO.4 grams of gplc. Not 5. Also creatine nitrates in theroy it to is a no booster.
I saw a chart somewhere that placed ribose in the "recently disproven" category. I wish I could remember the site. Had all types of supps on there. Wasn't your typical bb site. There's no scientific proof this does anything for healthy humans (that i could find ).
creatine nitrate is much bigger bang for the buck, imo. i hear people say they get a great pump from gplc, well cn gives that too-plus size and strength. guys [me included] are gaining lbm and getting stronger from cn, plus the pump is fantastic-why take 40 different supps?I think GPLC could "falling-out" due to pricing issues, this is the only reason i have not taken it yet.
exactly-show me a study where they are stacking 4 or more nitric oxide boosters at one time-geezus.i Agree with this, if you list out your supps and see how many things ur taking you may be like dear god!, i for one try my best to keep it as simple as possible. Im currently using creatine nitrate, im almost out of cit mal and ill prob not buy it again, since there are no studies on it and i can never tell a difference really. Creatine Nitrate, Beta-Alanine, Multi, Fish Oil, EAA, Protein...not much more then this is needed for me anyways...i was curious which of the two had more positive effects for future reference. I would not stack the two as price is always a factor.
want to know the best damned nitric oxide booster?cit mal only has one study done on it, and it had to do with finger extensions...not sure how this translates to enhanced endurence, also it does increase the amount of arginine in the blood...not sure if that exactly translates to pumps tho...
don't worry about the price of gplc, once enough people have tried mesomorph and creatine nitrate the price of gplc will fall-because no one will be buying it. they will all be buying creatine nitrate and mesomorph.GPLC is definitely the real deal. It's fairly new tho and not many people know about it yet. Give it some time tho. This stuff blows away any arginine, AAKG, etc products. This is why more and more companies base their PWOs on this. Also, the clinical trials show this is far more potent than any other pump predecessors. However, the price tag is heavy. Maybe if they can find materials chaper or make a more efficient way of producing GPLC, price may drop. I mean look what happened to AAKG when it came out 1st. Now it's pretty cheap. Oh, 1 more thing. All the clinical trials I looked at, were conducted with 4.5 g of GPLC per serving. Look for that amount in ur PWOs or at least half and then just double up.
Nothing against CM tho. It's very good. In fact stacking it with GPLC would make both work better. If I had to pick tho, GPLC wins.
I gotta compare the two. i need to get me some CN asap and see what all this hub-bub is about.don't worry about the price of gplc, once enough people have tried mesomorph and creatine nitrate the price of gplc will fall-because no one will be buying it. they will all be buying creatine nitrate and mesomorph.
as far as i know-hit jd up w/a pm. the bogo is a great deal-meso/cn-hell yeah!I gotta compare the two. i need to get me some CN asap and see what all this hub-bub is about.
Is that BOGO deal still on at APS?
thank you for that endorsement, not only do you get the cit mal and ba, but you get the creatine nitrate as icing on the cake.People are giving all thew pumo action from Mesomorph to the creatine nitrate. You guys ealize that it's probably hte only preworkout with a full dosage of citruline malate, pluf 4 grams of beta alanine. Im pretty sure that has something to do with it also.
