I mean having high and low carb / calorie days, some people like to decrease their fat / protein as they increase their carbs..Define carb cycling
Weight loss will obviously take longer than the other two methods but as long as you're not competing you might as well cut slower, you'll retain more strength + lbm
If any of you guys have issues with this I'd love to hear it, you're already on a roll and I enjoy learning from people like yourselves.
