I am looking to change up my training to 4-5 days a week instead of 6 days a week. I been a fan of candito and i have watched his vids. I like how he explains things well and it makes sense. Obviously I am not going to be a powerlifter or anything fancy but want a nice template to keep improving on my strength. I have to balance it with my other sports however so its kinda like a juggling act.
I am wondering if anyone has done his program for a few months and what are your thoughts on it?
