It looks like a mountain climber, with that side rotating outward.
2. Will this stretch actually burn fat, the way they say it will?
I can see this stretch would be great, during lockdown in Coronavirus.
It would also work the three fitness systems I know (range of motion, resistance training, cardio vascular).
Even more, it would help with both front-back movement axis, side-to-side movement access, and transverse-rotational axis.
So, it certainly is not a bad idea.
