Thanks. I'm getting too old to go so intense ;) I also keep forgetting to take a good pic so I can put up a final review separate from the log. I never remember it till after I've eaten which isn't necessarily the best time.

my logging quality is severely sucking. I forgot what I did for back / shoulders on saturday and i'm already a little vague on what I did this morning for chest sigh. I think it was

Cable crossovers setting 8x15 setting 9x15, setting 10x15
flat reverse grip smith press (plates only) 90x12,110x12, 140x10x9
incline regular grip smith press 140x10x8 110x12
fly machine 105x15, 120x14, 135x10

pretty close to that anyhow :)
Feeling good, at 192 and continuing to see slow steady fat loss.

Well this week has sucked balls. My 3 year old has been in the hospital since Monday with MRSA. finally comes home tomorrow. I've lost 3-4 lbs even with eating fairly well. Hit the gym some but wasn't great workouts due to lack of sleep.

On a lighter note, I came across some old digital pics


A,little over 4 years ago. Almost got run down by a pod of dolphins that day

did legs last night with bis/tris, of course can't remember details. Was hack squats for maybe 6 sets in a an up to 360 then down pyramid, seated calves, then bis/tris and lying leg curls I think.

But here's a fresh pic, at 186, lightest i've been since 19.
