After 8 weeks on a test/primo/11KT cycle, I've checked my cholesterol and my HDL is low (26 mg/dl). Total cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL are in range, although my CHOL/HDL ratio is 5.2.
600 mg primo crashed my E2 the first 5 weeks because I was on only 150 mg test E, then I doubled my test E to 300 mg/wk. Perhaps my E2 is still not in range, so I'm going to lower primo to 400 mg.
Is there any effective supplement to get HDL back in range? I'm currently taking omega 3/6/9 and 14 grams of soy lecithin per day.
