Upper Body (push / pull routine)

since i'm limited to what i can do with weight on my right shoulder i decided to hit most of my upper body. arms being the closest thing i've done since wed. morn.

Pre-Workout
fish oil - 2gms
MMv2 - 2caps
Havoc - 1cap
Jacked - 1 scoop
Glycergrow - 1 scoop

Intra Workout
Glygergrow - 3 scoops
BC + EAA - 3 scoops
Gatorade Frost flavor - 1 scoop

Post-Workout
Banana
Dymatize Whey - 2 scoops w/milk

30min. later.

2 pieces wheat toast

StairMaster - 10min. 57 flights of stairs.

*Pushed myself with the weight really good.

Front Raises - 45lb. plate 4 x 10
Straight Bar Cable Push Downs - 4 x 10

Lateral Raises - 10lb plates 3 x 10 shoulder stayed slow and strict.
DB Rear's (bent over) - 45lb DB's 3 x 10
*the only thing that wasn't really a push pull concept.

TO FINISH IT OFF WITH ONLY 30SEC. REST BETWEEN EACH SET OF THIS
4XSUPERSET!!
Lying Barbell body pulls (feet elevated) - 3 x 12
Push Ups - 3 x 20
Rope Cable Curls - 3 x 10
Rope Cable Tri's - 3 x 10

All done in 1hr. including the cardio.

I'm eating pizza tonight. getting in some extra carbs. i will start it off with another protein shake.

It's my daughters birthday party 2morrow so i probably wont be doin any liftin but who knows about later on that night. well see. I've gotten in Sun. Mon. Wed. Thur. Fri., I actually need off.

Legs

StairMaster - 20min intervals. between levels 8/4. I was able to work up a sweat more from this.

Superset
Leg press - 290 x 15 / 380 x 12 / 470 x 10 / 520 x 10
Leg Press (calves) - same weight as above. X 25 reps

Superset
Smith Machine Split Squats - 135lb; 4 x 10 each leg.
Jump Rope - 4 x 50

3-Set Superset
Leg Ext - 150 x 15
Leg Curl - 150 x 15
Standing Calve Raises - 200lb; 3 x 25 with 10sec. neg.pause after each set.
all these machines don't go any heavier. my calves are getting stronger fast. they just don't ever get that sore or tired anymore. gonna need to change it up later this week when i hit them again.



UPDATE:
Weight - 221lb this morning @ 4:20 on an empty stomach. told you guys I was gonna up the calories and carbs. 225LB being my goal. this i will reach and will give me more time to cut towards my last week of cycle.
Libido - Staying normal. it has gone down since days 5-9 but it was very high then. I feel normal as if not on. no shutdown for sure.
Testicular Atrophy - some but nothing unusual. not like i've had before. if i recall, in the middle of week 3 is when i noticed more atrophy. After all. If your nutz don't raise then the juice aint workin. seems like they go hand in hand obviously. THIS IS WHY WE HAVE PCT'S!
Mood - Been a little edgy latley. but doesn't interfere with my work. i actually enjoy it.
Strength - is up. it is up more than when i ran the havoc/propadrol. hard to tell in bench (upper body things due to shoulder) but i am stronger for sure.
Pump - for sure insane. MMv2 is SICK. I'm glad i was able to run this stack and compare. My final review is gonna be a good one for this stack.

Felt great this morning. My dang shoulder still isn't 100%. it's just gonna take a long time for it to get to normal. I'm just glad i'm able to get a cycle in and get big while still trying to heal it.

I bumped the Havoc up to 4 caps a day starting this day. I will go Tues/Wed./Thur./Fri. All at 40mg. then back down to 30 for sat. sun. then to 20mg. till i run out. i will be 225 by next monday.

Back/shoulders

Since ive upped to 40mg a day on the havoc I haven't really noticed much of a difference. I just feel full mostly. No diddrence in pump and the alpha male feeling has slowly faded. My workouts are still intense and I'm really surprised that I haven't had any testicilar shrinkage yet. Maybe a little but with this being my second havoc cycle I have a feeling I'm gonna have a great PCT.

Day 19 I hit an arm and chest workout. This morning. Ill post up more 2nite. I'm on my blackberry and its easier from the house.

still doing great. no sides. better than my first cycle on this stuff.

I am currently back to 30mgs of havoc. and 4 caps a day of MMv2. might go to 5 depending on how i feel. I am holding my weight alot better this time. last time @ 215 i looked heavier. this mmv2 with it is awesome.

i know, it's kinda crazy.
It's the same with me though with epi. most gains weeks one and two. dosen't matter if i go to 40mgs or not. I have slacked on my diet some, but i wanted to put more carbs and cals in. I can trim it down very easily during PCT. maybe i can get to 225. That's only 3lb. more till sunday, but hell, i haven't been this heavy in 6 years basically. I do know that i've had less sides and not near as shut down as before with the epi/propadrol. the epi/MMv2 is surely more of a cut compound.

Thats where I was with my run as well. I shot up from 199-205 in week 1. Went to 208 in week 2. I think I peaked at 210 during week 4 before finishing my cycle at 208.

PCT

I started PCT Saturday morning.

Weight - was 224. only 1lb. from my goal. this is ok though. i surely would like to stay right @ 220 if not a lb. heavier.

Overall Thoughts on my Havoc/MMv2 Stack.
Strength - This went up and i could have been more accurate with this but i was recovering from a shoulder injury so hard to say. I do know that i got stronger.
Libido - was up and never went down. unbelievable! way stronge libido on this stack compared to my havoc/propadrol stack.
Mood - I felt like a king most of the time. always in the mood to work out. I was tired a little more than i would have liked, but that was mostly due to the havoc.
Aggression - way up! i was pretty pissed the majority of the time. I contribute this to the MMv2
Weight - started i think at 214. I got to 224. a 10lb gain. and this is very maintainable weight.
Appetite - was up and down. The havoc makes me eat, but the MMv2 kept it at bay quite a bit.
Shutdown - Very minimal. I feel like a light PCT would suffice but i'm gonna go all out.
Sides - Very minimal. I almost had one back pump. Joints felt great throughout as well. This stack is rediculously great.

I will say this stack blows my Havoc/Propadrol stack out of the water.

just bought some protein/weight gainer from universal. REAL GAINS

OK guys i know it's been a while, but if your registered with this thread i have my opinion of some supps i've been taken.

weight is up to 225. I must admit after getting off of the MMv2 my appetite went way up. i even lost on the recomp look somewhat. But when i put on a T-shirt I'm a swole lookin dude. anyway, it's the 3rd week of PCT and I have some reviews.
liquid nolva - well it phucked me up once. I put it under my tongue @ about 20mgs. and then sucked it down with some Orange Juice. it kinda made me feel loose and dizzy. haha. but i've felt worse. that's the once and only time it made me feel like that. now i just sip it with OJ. I'm only dosing a small 10mg amount right now. Im cut off a week cause i;m doin great for PCT.
reversitol - well it first made my joints achy as well as some other friends i know who have taken it. I had to review it for myself and i do think it hits harder than PCS by AI. I do enjoy both and i know their are other engredients in reversitol, but it got me back sooner as well. both are a plus in my opinion.
lean xtreme- i think it is giving me the SSShitzzzz right now. after i take it i just have to go to the bathroom. i honestly think i like retain2 better. hopefully it will be leanFX in the future, but i will finish this through.
animal flex - it is the shizzz and i just ran out. PPHHHUccckkk the rest. universal knows what they are doing with supps and this is a great all around join supp.

FOR THE FIRST TIME I DID 110DBS ON FLAT BENCH AND FELT GREAT FOR A SET OF 10. MY SHOULDER IS FEELING PERFECT! thanks to animal nutrition and my current cycle i am now back. it's on!

I have read nothing but great reviews on LG's T-911 and AS. I think that would be an awesome natty stack.

lean xtreme- i think it is giving me the SSShitzzzz right now. after i take it i just have to go to the bathroom.
I've been totally running to the bathroom the last week or so too! mostly in the evenings. tonight after my dose of lean xtreme i had to stop off at the bathroom twice. I never thought it would be the LX though.
