Measured arms cold up to 18.5" flexed. Weight is a 254 and I even look leaner then last week.
Going to up carbs and calories some more this week.

Still going good no visible sides and workout yesterday was another great one
Nice brother gains are stacking up now!!!

Definitely!! Really noticed it this weekend after keeping the diet good the last two weeks, almost like a Re-comp effect. Looking leaner but weight up another pound.
Really can tell now in my arms by how my shirt fits. Also noticing pants are tighter in the thighs. Good things are happening!!

The only thing is with my recovery being so good I am ready to attack the weights! But yes rest is a good thing

Mine too, except I get much over 10 reps sets I get pretty winded. Damn cardio haha!

It has been one of my go to exercises the past year and has made a big difference in my back.

Mine too, except I get much over 10 reps sets I get pretty winded. Damn cardio haha!
I feel anything above 8 reps is cardio..lol
That's one thing since I have been on Diabolix I don't get winded as easy and can push further than I have in the past.

It will end up being a 8 week run but 4 of those weeks at 60mg. Got a little over two weeks left so looking for some good gainz!!

Last day of Week 6 of Diabolix.
I have two more weeks at 60mg. Strength continually goes up each week and workouts don't seem as hard.

Everything is still going great, still have not noticed any negative sides. No problems with gyno and libido is still going strong.
I've been using Ar1mcare Pro the last 3 weeks with my cycle and maybe one of the reasons that I haven't had problems.

Those 30 second rest and high reps are brutal. Had to lay down a few minutes once I was done this my workout.
Start of Week 7 on Diabolix- I've decided to bump up to 75 mg to see if it makes any difference. I have responded well to 60mg. This will give me 10 days at 75mg. I figure I might as well finish this strong.

I have noticed I have got leaner the last couple of week but weight is staying steady at 253-254. This tells me my calories have been to low and I am getting more of a Re-comp effect. I'll push up the calories for this final push and see what happens.

Still no problems with any side effects.

Yeah MySTeek is pushing 75mg so I figure I will give it a shot since 60mg has treated me good with still no sides.

Starting Week 7 of Diabolix and went up to 75mg. Been having some amazing pumps in the weight room and just have that swole feeling all day.
Strength and workout endurance keeps improving each week. I have been doing way more weight and volume then I have in awhile but have no problem recovering for my next workout.

I am trying to add in some more Time Under Tension sets to really concentrate on hitting the muscles and save my joints from to much heavy lifting. First two exercises will be used more for strength building and the rest will be concentrating on muscle building.
I like to incorporate different ways of training from past workouts I have tried and take the things I like and make it my own.

Had a good workout yesterday pulling some Rack Deads and arm work.

I would say no lower than 45mg but 60mg was the sweet spot for me and so far 75mg seems to be going good.
