Cliff notes? 14 pages is a lot of reading.

This is more active than the other diabolix log going... I'd love to hear thoughts.
I am on Week 5 Day 6 today.
For my dosing I did:
Week1-15mg
Week2-30mg
Week3-45mg
Week4-45mg
Week5-60mg
and will stay at 60mg for Weeks 6,7 and 8.

I started at the low dose just cause I haven't had much experience with pro-hormones. Looking back I would have gone straight to 45mg to start and then upped to 60mg after a couple of weeks.
My strength has continually gone up each week and my endurance in the weight room has gone up, feel like I can push myself so much more than before. Whether it be more weight or more reps.

I have put on 8 pounds in this month with very little fat. Still fit into my 36 jeans just fine. My diet wasn't the best the first 3 weeks but have since cleaned it up more and concentrating on eating more calories also.

I haven't noticed any negative sides so far.

Nice cliffs. 8lbs is a pretty good jump with nothing else added.

Thanks Kat! Watching it close don't want the waist to get to thick.
LOL!! That's right we are more just put it on the back of the toilet until people come over.

Another solid workout. Strength and workout endurance keep going up. By the time I am done I am soaking wet from sweating.

Your arm is thicker for sure! Look like they'd measure around 16s or higher!

Measured them cold the other day just a little over 18.

That's why you always bring your phone with you might have to text someone..lol

Just added in 20mg Ostar1ne when I thought I would be done this week but IronFlex sent me another bottle to run at 60mg. No side effects to note so far.
I'll be running Olympus Labs Super PCT and nolva. Also plan on cycling in DermaSTRENGTH and EP1C post cycle.

Starting to really notice my recovery is a lot better. I don't have nearly the DOMS I usually have after my workouts.

Starting Week 6 of Diabolix and second week at 60mg. Been having some amazing pumps in the weight room and just have that swole feeling all day.
Strength and workout endurance keeps improving each week. I have been doing way more weight and volume then I have in awhile but have no problem recovering for my next workout.

Thanks! Got to build it up so I can trim it back down.
I have always put on weight easy which wasn't a good thing growing up and spent many years overweight as a kid and teenager. But even with the fat I am carrying now this is the leanest I have been at this weight ever.

I hear ya there. I was always chunky as a kid, then got super skinny an so on.

It's hard for me to find my balance, I tend to cut to much and get abs, but lose all my size.
Hopefully I can dial it in correctly now.

Yes that is the hardest part. I have been as high as 305 as and adult and as low as 200. In the last 5 years I have done a much better job on staying between 235 and 250 depending on the time of year and my diet.

Main goal would be to get to around 230 and lean. I feel more comfortable in the 230 range but can carry 240 easily but when I get into the 250's just don't feel as comfortable. That's why I am going to hit it hard the next few weeks while on Diabolix and then will go on a recomp before trying to lean down some more.

Yesterday and today are off days cause we are doing tryouts for our softball team for the fall season. Plan on hitting it hard tomorrow before another day of tryouts.

Still going good with Diabolix. Weight has stayed steady at 253, going have to bump the calories up.
Recovery has been amazing, I will feel a little sore but not nearly what I usually feel. Makes me want to train that much harder.

Aggression and focus is up! Be working out harder and longer than I have in awhile. I'm totally wasted after training

It's nice to push yourself to complete exhaustion and then be ready to kill it again the next day!!!

I was the same way, some days having to push myself through my workout and when I was done I was just exhausted.
Now I feel like I could do more and I am ready to go the next day for another workout.

Measured arms cold up to 18.5" flexed. Weight is a 254 and I even look leaner then last week.
Going to up carbs and calories some more this week.

Still going good no visible sides and workout yesterday was another great one
