then dose all 3 before your workout, mabey 10mg at 11am, 10m at 2pm, and 10mg 4pm.
usually it doesnt hurt to take a dose after your workout, but bc u workout later in the day I would advise against it. You want to avoid taking any doses past 5pm, bc it will prevent your body from producing any natural test, which it produces at night. Your body naturally produces and peaks its levels of testosterone while sleeping, so if u give ur body a while to clear out the epi during the evening, you will most likely be able to produce more at night, thus slowing down the shutdown process. taking epi later at night will tell your body that there is no reason to produce test, only shutting u down fast.
Im assuming your eating at least every 2 hours (since your are on cycle and eating properly of course)... so just eat during these times n pop a pill. make sure u take in some fat with them, whether it be fish oils or olive oils (most ppls choices)
