Best time of day to take Epistaine

So if im taking 30mgs a week for 5 weeks is morning /noon/dinner good or some other way.Last thing i need to know.

Also i plain on running it 5weeks 30/30/30.40/40.Ive run ass before two test only cycles.This is my first prohormone cycle.Any tips.

then dose all 3 before your workout, mabey 10mg at 11am, 10m at 2pm, and 10mg 4pm.

usually it doesnt hurt to take a dose after your workout, but bc u workout later in the day I would advise against it. You want to avoid taking any doses past 5pm, bc it will prevent your body from producing any natural test, which it produces at night. Your body naturally produces and peaks its levels of testosterone while sleeping, so if u give ur body a while to clear out the epi during the evening, you will most likely be able to produce more at night, thus slowing down the shutdown process. taking epi later at night will tell your body that there is no reason to produce test, only shutting u down fast.

Im assuming your eating at least every 2 hours (since your are on cycle and eating properly of course)... so just eat during these times n pop a pill. make sure u take in some fat with them, whether it be fish oils or olive oils (most ppls choices)

Is this a pulsing cycle? Im no arguing that this dosing method is wrong, just sounds more like a pulse dose. Ive always liked the idea of spreading the doses evenly through out the day (around your pre workout dose) to maintain maximum blood level concentration. just my .02

no pulsing is taking ur dose only certain times a week... this method will spike the levels when u need them, and lower levels at night so your balls are protected. remember, even after pct you will never get back too full 100%, there is always some level (no matter how small) of desensitization to your testicles.

either way in terms of effect, anyway u dose in the day will produce good results

Certain times of the week being work out days only...again like you said, many techniques, its hard to tell what works the best...

I eat every two hours,About 7 to 8 meals a day.I have fish oil and liver sup.

This is what i was getting at also, justeat isnt wrong, i just think that dosing method would work better with a pulsing schedule (only dose on w/o days) epi's benefits are broader than just a spike during workouts. The half life is only 6 hours so spreading it throughout the day keeps your blood concentration levels up...to each his own though

First day ,Took it morning /noon/and before workout around 4.Work out was good know its only first day but just felt good.

Agreed, i take my epi like this. 1 on waking then 1 six hours later and another six hours later.
