Best Tasting Protein Shake w/ Cottege Cheese

Today I felt a little risky and combined a couple things I had around and it turned out great, even adding some fiber powder and cottege cheese didn't make it taste bad at all, even my little brother who is very picky enjoyed it. So here we go

1/2 cup cottege cheese
4 dates good size and ripe and deseeded
1 scoup of whey vanilla (24g p)
1 scoup of isolade protein vanilla (25g p)
1/2 of oats/barley mix
1/4 of rasberries
10-15 ice cubes
and filled the rest with skim milk
Also two servings of optifiber

It came out great, yeah I know it has a lot in it, but to keep up my calories I don't mind throwing in some extra stuff to keep it tasty. The best shake I have made yet and probably one of the healthiest.

I think the thing that made it taste great was the dates. :cheers:
