Something with whey isolate is best. As far as an MRP's, something low carb. I like Champion Nutrition's low-carb MRP which can be found for about $25 for 20 packets.
Well the best I have ever used is pharmaceutical Hydrolysate, there is nobody that sells it commercially, maybe protein factory has someting like it. It takes like **** though and there is no way to hide the flavour. It's much more expensive than isolate as well.
Cool thanks for the info. Well Im shopping around online right now, so basicly i'm looking for whey protein isolate correct. So far I got my eyes on Nutrabolics IsoBolic Isolate.

I was gonna say that's a lot of carbs and fat, but I see you're talking about a huge scoop. Isolate should be virtually fat free and maybe 1-3g carbs per regular (~20-25g) scoop.
Isopure is a pretty good product if you can find it cheap. I can barely choke down ergopharms GF pro Blueberry. I usually stick to isopure, ON 100 percent whey, and Syntrax Nectar
Isobolic is a blend with added flax n such that's the reason for the carbs n fat, it's really good stuff. As far as Nectar i like it but the flavour becomes overpowering once you use 3 scoops or so, WAY too sweet. 4ever Fit makes a nice tasting mango whey isolate.
