Shoulders: lateral raise machine
Biceps: laying on your back cable curls
Triceps: sit overhead cable
Forearms: standing barbell wrist curl behind your body
Abs: decline weighted crunches
Quads: leg extension
Hamstring: raised leg curl
Calves: leg press drop set
