Bench plateau

My bench is not progressing for months, at 140kg 5 reps. How can I break this plateau?

Sorry bud , didnt see this, are you only hitting this same weight for 5 ? If so I would recommend dropping down to 70% of this and go for a 8-14 rep range. Mix it up and confuse those muscles , or you could hit those 5 drop a plate do it again for a drop set , but no matter how you spin it , there getting comfortable at 310
