Today musta been day of the douche at the gym lol between the guy curling 50 lb dumb bells that was throwing them so hard on the way up it looked like he was going to fall over sbd then flexing his bi's in the mirror and the two guys doing 1/4 squats grunting like they were birthing a baby I've never wanted to smack someone so bad lol don't get me wrong I'm ALL for grunting and loud noises in the gym but if your not gonna go balls deep GTFO my gym lol. Maybe it's the test talking but that sh*t drives me nuts. 2 more weeks until I start my calorie deficit. I'm definetaly enjoying putting up PR's everytime I walk in the gym but I'm ready to start cutting some BF also. Had to make it another quick one today. In and out in an hour. Out of the gym til Sunday,which will be leg day.
