San Diego right? what is so good about SD?I'd agree with that statement. SD is awesome for sure.
I seem to notice super increased libido in weeks 4 and after for a while. No complaints so far man. I can tell its gonna be hard to cycle off this stuff!
Well shoot, I only have a 4 week supply. Might need to get me another bottle!San Diego right? what is so good about SD?

Arms felt huge this morning. Veins were everywhere. Strength was up as well. I have not hit 115's on triceps extensions since last winters bulk phase. I am very happy with my strength while on this cut.
Love to see those PR.Day 14
Slept like a baby last night for a solid 7 hours. Woke up at 0400 and hit back/abs
Pull ups: 4 sets of 12

I had a ton of energy this morning. All my lifts felt great. I even hit a PR on the T-bar rows. I'd have to say it was a good day.
The rows gave me a pretty nice back pump(the good kind) and it kept getting better throughout the workout. I feel like I am eating more now, but my abs are still popping. Good times!
I'm going back a week to call you out Brad...405 is shenanigans I tell ya. There is no good or viable excuse for not pulling 425 damnit. None. I expect this to be rectified by the next time you pull. Hear me? I haven't seen you do any back squats to judge with, but you hve leg presses in the 500-700lbs and front squat in the 170's. No reason you can't pull 425 or more. If you are gassing out, try starting with few reps... instead of 135x12 make it 135x10 the the next set of 8...6... etc till you get the real weght up.Day #6
Got some good sleep last night. No dreams that I can remember, but I woke up well rested and ready to hit back.
Floor Pull-ups: 4 sets of 10
Deadlifts: 135x12, 225x10, 315x8, 405x2
Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 165x12, 185x10, 210x8, 225x5
Close Grip Lat Pulldowns: 165x12, 190x10, 225x8, 240x4
Straight Arm Pulldowns: 140x10, 170x8, 190x6, 190x6
Seated Cable Rows: 165x12, 200x10, 240x6, 270x6, 300x3
Back felt great this morning. I got a really nice pump in the lats and arms. Was hoping for a few more reps on the 405, but I gassed. Probably should have hit 365 instead. 405 just looks way cooler on the bar. :sgrin:
Strength feels pretty good right now. I am able to put up some decent numbers even while fairly low on carbs/cals.
Ah sucks man, why you gotta call me out like that. :sgrin: Nah, you are right. Bout time I moved on up.I'm going back a week to call you out Brad...405 is shenanigans I tell ya. Just saying I know you can brother man
This is where HGHpro really shines. I sleep like a baby every night. I will def be using this as a staple.Since I have gone cold turkey on supps I have noticed that even though I am sleeping all the time, I don't get the same quality without the HGHPro, so I am tempted to get back on it. Have to clean out for a while though... HGHProm will be the first thing I reinstate as it is more of a staple product for me.
If it were that easy everyone would be jacked LOL.Ah sucks man, why you gotta call me out like that. :sgrin: Nah, you are right. Bout time I moved on up.
When I checked into SD for school, I had never done a deadlift before. They scared me. I always heard they were one of the best mass building exercises out there, but I was too much of a pu***.
"Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder, but no one wants to lift those heavy @ss weights!"
Too true man.If it were that easy everyone would be jacked LOL.
Sure beats sitting in jail with many poles in front of you.:lol:Day 15
Dreamt I stole a Porsche and went to a strip club with poles in each booth. Good times.
Woke up at 0400 and hit legs.
5 min warm up on bike.
Leg Press: 320x10, 500x8, 680x6, 860x4, 950x2 (I see a lot of guys hitting these at 45 degrees, but the range of motion is very short. I like to lower the back further to the ground so I can get really deep reps.)
Front Squats: 135x10, 155x8, 175x6, 175x6
Seated Leg Curls: 180x10, 210x10, 240x6, 255x6
Seated Leg Extensions: 165x12, 195x10, 225x8, 255x6, 255x5
Standing Calf Raises: 8 sets of 235xfail (15 sec rest between sets, a trick I learned from Arnold)
One more great workout to add to the books. Legs felt very strong today. I gotta remember to bring my leg wraps next week so I can move up on the leg press.
Halfway through my bottle of HGHpro now, and loving it so far. No complaints or neg sides. Like I said earlier, I will def be buying some more bottles for future cycles.
Whatever you do I would not mix HGHpro with Ambien not a good combo. All this talk of a good nights sleep... I'm really gonna have to try some. I basically survive on ambien, benedryl, unisom, and any other pill I can take to sleep. They are my unnamed and unmentioned staples. I'm awaiting test results back on my thyroid, full metabolic panel, and some other stuff to help try and resolve my chronic insomnia. I've no doubt that when it comes back it'll be fine and my doc is gonna try and send me to mental health. Playing her games for now is the only way she'll give me the script. Damn Air Force docs are not as giving as my Navy docs. Bithc is smoking crack if she thinks I'm actually gonna go to mental health...lol I'll just have to go back to mega dosing benedryl or go online and purchase.
I just would not mix GABA with a powerful sedative hypnotic such as Ambien.Ha, good looking out. Why is that though? Specific possible reactions (like with the apgc or gaba) or just the possibility to knock you out too hard and make it hard to get up?
Alright, cool. I've never taken gaba before and don't really know much about it. ThanksI just would not mix GABA with a powerful sedative hypnotic such as Ambien.
The GABA alone should work very well and along with the 99% L-Dopa you should be good.Alright, cool. I've never taken gaba before and don't really know much about it. Thanks
Keep killing it bro.Day 17-19
Had a great long weekend with lots of great sleep.
Will be hitting the gym after I get off work tonight.
Very nice. Feels amazing doesnt it?Day 20 01JUN
Long day at work yesterday, so I was a little exhausted but ready to hit the weights by the time 1930 came around.

2 PR's. Great way to start the week! I have to admit, I was feeling pretty huge during the workout. Arms were crazy pumped and my strength was thought the roof. I was really strict with my form and was still able to get those 65's up. Good times!
Sleep/recovery has never been better. Only 10 doses left though. The end is near, and I am not looking forward to it. AI, I think you guys gave mw a new addiction, but who can put a price on great sleep?

I played Red Dead Redemption this last weekend, and I have been having Western dreams the past few days. Got my 6 shooter, horse and all that good stuff.
I know that recovery has improved because my quality of sleep has, but I am still getting pretty sore. I think its because my strength has increased and my muscles are still not used to the extra power. They can't keep up. Good times!
Awe shoot man, that sucks. I love it so far. GTA on horses=awesome.Played that game it is awesome but the end is a real bummer.
Awe shoot man, that sucks. I love it so far. GTA on horses=awesome.
Awe, I see. I kindda like unhappy endings in movies/games. Not enough of them out there. The good guys can't always win.No I don't mean it is bad just shocking.
You're going to have nights where you sleep less but my theory is, is that the quality if so high you don't needs as much...:24:Day 22
Only got 5.5 hours of sleep last night, but I still felt pretty rested this morning. Go HGHpro. Woke up at 0400 to hit back/abs.

Strength was great again this morning. Really felt the muscle contractions, and got a nice pump. 1 PR as well.
Still feeling the effects of the arms and shoulders workouts. Just means the muscle is growing. Feels good!
Too true man. I feel I can get by with 5-6 hours and still feel great the next day. You're going to have nights where you sleep less but my theory is, is that the quality if so high you don't needs as much...:24:
Nice workout bro.Day 23
Dreamt I was at an amusement park last night. I did play Left For Dead 2 prior to bed, so I think that had something to do with it. I got about 7 hours of sleep as well. Woke up at 0400 to hit chest.

The abs didn't quite get a full burnout yesterday, so I decided to throw in a few sets this morning.
The rest of my body is quite sore. Really looking forward to 2 days off and lots of sleep.
32 pills left. Better make em count!
Very good workout bro.Day 27

Arms blew up this morning. I got a crazy good pump. Painful after a while, until they went numb. Good times. :sgrin:
Strength was definitely up. Contractions felt very powerful. I really felt all the muscles working.
I am probably going back for some HITT cardio/abs during lunch. Got a work pool party in a few weeks, gotta work on the beach bod. :sgrin:
I know accumulated good rest will cause and increase in energy, but I sometimes see a little extra in the strength department on some of these HGHPro threads...
