im probly over complicating this, but how about:
pre 60min-ASGT
pre 45min-GPLC
pre 15min-11g BC+EAA and 4g citrulline malate
intra-1 scoop extend(half serving)+intrAbolic+20g dextrose
post-3 cap neovar
post 15 min-40g protein 60g malt/dex
to complicated or what?
Your not going to be able to absorb all of that. It sounds like a pain in the ass and expencive urine (no offence intended).
Id mix BCAA with asgt preworkout, go to your workout, and then have bcaa's after.
ALternatlivley id have ASGT pre, Xtend OR EABCAA during (i dont see the point in having both) , whey protein after.
Additionally, id only be doing this on a cut. If your preworkout and post workout nutrician are in order You wont need half of this stuff.
