At what concentration does 4AD get painful

I have 100g of 4AD base sitting in a transdermal suspension, of which I plan to filter out about 30 grams and suspend it along with 15 grams of 4AD cypionate. I am thinking going on the heavy side and putting it into suspension at 410mg per ml, making a total of 110ml. Is this concentration too strong and would cause pain? or should I be able to handle it?
