I seem to be doing something wrong. I'm not getting any body heat increase that many have said they felt at 1 cap or even 2 cap per day. I usually take 1 cap upon waking up and 1 cap prior to a workout in the evening. In fact, if I take 2 caps per day I get wicked chocolate pudding-like stool when I go to the bathroom. Am I a non-responder? Should I take 2 caps at the same time instead?
