I loved the physical effects of Anavar on barbell training.
I remember I could go from 225 lb bench at about 5 rep sets to pushing through 9 sets.
Squats went from 225 lbs to about 5 reps. I could force to 8, 12, or 15 sets.
I wondered what would happen with kettlebells. When I use 2 Poods (32 kgs), I could go from 3 reps to 10 reps.
With 24 kilograms, I could go from 10 reps to 25 reps.
Maybe more, since it is the stabilizing muscles that fatigue quickest.
Any experiences or opinions?
