Just speaking from personal experience, I know many ex football players and strong men that were in the 325-400lb range in their peaks (at 6'4"+) and are dealing with the consequences now of walking around like that and they are only in their early-mid 40s. Most of them have lost weight and are doing better health wise and their joints are better, but still lingering. Now you are 41 and want to balloon up to that unhealthy weight for ego purposes. What is the point?
I don't care if you are 7' tall, weighing 350+ lbs is not a good thing.
