So I have been logging this over at that other site :) and figured that not everyone visits both so I'm going to bring it all over here to AM, too, since I've been reading more on here lately and this way more people can check it out!

General Goals:
With nothing set in stone about this compound at this point, I will assess things as they go and hope to gain muscle, shed fat and get an idea of what Cynostane can do when at a healthy caloric surplus.


Dosing:
Not much info out there about Cynostane, so I will adjust based on sides but should be running it at about 20mg per day and may bump it the last week to week and a half

Yesterday and today were good recovery days, I went jogging for just under 3 miles each time and included a few steep hills in my run to get some extra leg strength in there. I'm adding an extra "effects" section since I am starting to see some positive effects and would mention them. I upped the caloric intake to balance out the cardio. It was too nice out to not enjoy the weather :)

+Muscle fatigue seems much lower--when running I didn't feel like my legs were getting sore even after a steep hill. I felt a little sore later in the evening but hydration fixed it up overnight just fine. Also, no back pumps while running which even though it is early in the cycle makes me hopeful it stays that way!

Damn today was intense! I took short breaks and finished in about 45minutes but my back is just destroyed. I'm gonna need some deep tissue massage after today haha. Muscle hardness is awesome, feel like this is really kicking in. I'm gonna say the 5-7 day mark is probably going to be what the testers all agree is the time it takes to start up. Also, I am up 3lbs as of my morning measurement!

Anyway, everything is feeling good, I may bump the dose up to 3 a day from the middle of the second week on. Any suggestions on this? I'm not opposed to running it at 20/20/30/30 still so input will help me decide! Reps as always

Starting weight was 174 (day 1 post has it, too for easier reference) and my diet for this is bumped up to around 3,300 caloires with 25% fat, 35% protein, 40% carbohydrates.

yeah, I'll be getting it done after-- which would be preferred the first week of PCT or after PCT is over? I'll see if I can get both but I've been having some issues with copays and coverage for some reason :(

Weight is hovering around 179lbs, still feels like I'm getting leaner though so its probably fat burning while muscle building. I'm getting stronger in all lifts, arms felt real good and I'm back almost to my old max for bicep curls. I'm also trying to hit compound lifts more so its hard to really max out on specific parts but all is well, thats for sure. Recovery is great and muscle hardness is there. I measured my BP and it was 126/71 which is a little high but I had also had an energy drink within the hour so its not that bad when you look at it that way :)

I did get one more rep out of my max weight from last week but otherwise not too much strength increase really. Its weird because my muscles seem fuller and harder and I started upping the calories another 350ish a day and I'm still slimming out around the waist. Not a bad thing, just noticed a strong repartitioning effect which makes weighing in at 177.6 today seem rather interesting. I'll weigh again toward the end of the week and see whats up.​

As always, recovery is great. Strength gains are slow still but I have decided that this is probably more of a recomp compound at least for me. I've been eating a lot, recovering great, sliming around the waist (cortisol must be effected there, too) and my %bf is dropping slowly but surely while my weight is staying the same and slowly rising. Endurance is great still, wish I could try this on a cutting cycle because I bet the results would be pretty awesome.​

Pushed a lot of fluids today, headache wasn't that bad for most of the day, oddly it came not during the workout but a few hours before so that was interesting. I've noticed a little more acne but nothing that is a huge deal.​

haha, thanks. I actually tried that herbal tea stuff earlier in the day and was getting a headache about an hour ago (figured it was because its late) and I drank an cup and it literally was gone within 20-30 minutes. I was baffled. Now I don't know what to do...I'm thinking I will mega-dose on the tea and try the last week....it would be sweet if it works and if not I have a week's worth of PCT pills sorted into my pill tray ready to go haha

Damn it! So I thought last night that when my headache started to go away I'd be set but I've had just 2 pills this morning and I've had 3 cups of tea and 2 bottles of water and my head is pounding. While it "could be worse" or whatever this isn't pleasant and I'm going with my decision from earlier yesterday and stopping the cycle today at the end of the 3rd week. I'll get a final review up soon. Hope everyone else logging this is having better luck with the headaches! If I could bear it it would be worth it but I'm having issues in class focusing so that comes first.​

Cynostane 3 Week Cycle Final Impressions


Overall Impressions:
I went into this cycle knowing little about the compound and having very few previous experiences with it to base my planning off of. It turned out that while I tried to bulk as far as caloric excess is concerned, my waistline and rest of my body leaned out and my endurance and recovery shot up. Strength, on the other hand, was not that prominent. Size was a little it better for muscles however the bigger thing here was muscle fullness and hardness. Hopefully this will stay.

The big takeaway for me was that if i had known this would effect me in a recomp way I would have approached the entire thing differently and use it at a lower caloric intake and tried to cut more from it. I think it would be fantastic for that since it seemed extremely dry. At 30mgs the doses were giving me terrible headaches so I would recommend staying at 20mg unless its not doing anything for you and be warned that headaches may be prominent at higher doses.

sorry that was unclear I meant that even if I had pictures I cant post them, sorry dude! ill dig the measurements out, if you want to post the graph I have I can send you that but its exactly what I'm going to post in text on here
