Exercise Routine that you intend to use: No less that 5x a week. 5x5 big lifts (bench, squat, dead, military press, lat pulldown)/ 3x7/10 isolation exercises with 20 mins HIIT after workout
Diet: 3000 cals/day 200g protien

Why you would like to use the product: Need something to get me past my current plateau. Need some help cutting up and bringing my muscles out. Would also like to run a proper log on a new product.
