Hi everyone!

I'm new to the site, and the forums to start off. I have had a lot of crap happen in the past year. To make a long story short, I was avid about working out and had a very physical job. I had serveral hospital stays and then major back surgery at 25. It sucks but life goes on. I have been tossing the idea around of using AMS' Pro Anabolic Kit, or something of theirs to help me recover and help build solid muscle back in physical therapy. I have been reading up on the PCT mostly so I can get it right. I just want to know others think of the idea of using something like this for my recovery. Any supplement advice is great, and AMS supps are even better.

First of all you will get more help in the anabolic section. And wait awhile to use a PH you can still build and recover naturally train hard for a year or more then go to a PH. PHs weren't meant to be used to heal faster. They are way too harsh and will help very little. Wait.

Cissus extract and then when you are able to lift heavy again creatine mono and beta alanine. Those are some of my staple supps. But just start lifting first then add supps later.
