nope, slightly nervous just because i leave for school on labor day so if shipping is delayed i wont be able to start my log for a while.. well at least until I'm able to get home. But i have faith

Basically versatile, it will be rapidly absorbed. There's good studies on pre-EAA ingestion increasing protein synthesis pretty high.

I'd say it can be used for both depending in on preference, experience and routine/goals.
