Here is today's review:
Diet
Diet was in check but slacked a tiny bit at night, nothing too bad at all. I held the day with a good amount of protein and kept carbs steady.
Other notes
Very killer workout today. It seems I'm pushing myself so hard in the gym I'm leaving the gym nascious. I'm not sure if this is a bad thing or not but at least I know I'm busting my ass in the gym. I'm getting such a nasty pump and burn on some of these exercises that it makes me want to throw whatever weight i'm holding across the gym.

5)Take 1 cap of Alpha Drive XL 3 times daily w/meals.
Here is today's review:
- Libido – Libido is great. Nothing out of the ordinary.
- Sleep – Sleep has been slowly getting better. Deepness has improved already.
- Energy Levels – Energy levels are still going great. Lethargy is minimal.
- Mood – Still good, no excited agression or anything of that matter.
- Strength/Pumps – Strength was great today, had an amazing workout.
- Endurance/Focus – These are two very solid fields for me. I have noticed my endurance is getting better almost by the workout.
- Weight/BF estimate - 205lbs~
- Overall effects on body composition – Still looking leaner. Getting a few more looks in the gym, noticeably.
