MAN... I dont know if its my low carb diet or what... but I just can't stop thinking about making different kinds of food, most which rely on carbs!! ahaha
Anyways I have been reading about TP new flavors and how great they taste and somehow I am just craving this mix:
-fat free yogurt
-TP's orange creamsicle or strawberries n cream
-some Kashi go lean crunch cereal
maybe some almonds or peanuts
God does that sound like a money snack!
2 cups f.f. yogurt (28/38/0)
30g MPI/ egg protein (25/1/1)
½ oz almonds (4/3/8)
1 cup kashi cereal (9/34/5)
total: 694 cals 66p/ 76c/ 14f
