Here is the chest/tri routine

Incline BP (8 sets) 2 sets @ 255lbs 8 reps per :woohoo: strength definitely up
Incline fly/db press superset (4 sets) 55lbs to failure
CG BP (6 sets) sets @ 225lbs for sets of 7
Weighted bench dips (5 sets) 35lbs to failure

Strength is definitely showing noticeable signs of increase. Also had a rare mid day weigh in.....amazingly I was 202 after eating and being fully dressed.
i remember 2 weeks in being the benchmark for results setting in on dt and in particular dtp. really digging the new improved taste of jp8 hardcore!!!

Life is a little crazy, so I apologize for the delay. Between work, family, and weather (friggin winter work cancellations) its been crazy

Here is a rundown:
40minutes 12% 3.8mph

Back:
Tried to do bb rows, but there was a slight twinge still in my lower back so I altered my approach.
Reverse hypers no bands
Wide chins 6 sets bw to failure

Shoulders
giant set rippers <side, rear, upright rows, press> 30lbs to failure

Pump, especially on shoulders, was excellent. Strength still looks like its increasing. I am glad that tomorrow is not a lifting day so I am hoping to give my lower back a bit of a rest.

Overall very solid workout. Pump and vascularity are continuing to get better.

jp8x hardcore. Sleep has been fine no issues of note.

Why?
Im sensitive to stims and have some JP8X, looks awesome but dont wana trade being able to sleep for a PWO

<ran out of time after JM Press and had also really fatigued the muscle>

Did my weigh in this am, sub 200 for the first time in a long time. :woohoo:

Man since dislocating my knee coaching wrestling in summer 2010 I havent been able to come close to training legs until they tremble...I wish.

Destroying legs are the most anabolic thing you can do in the gym.

Still lifting now. However wanted to note that I changed up focus a little bit. Since my legs were definitely not in the condition I hoped for based on my past leg day(2 sets informed me of that very quickly), I focused more on hamstrings for the first half of my workout.

I am currently finishing off the bi's component as we speak.

So alittle breakdown from this am

Legs were very trembly as i did a few sets of squats. Made my focus on heavy bi's and GHR

Did sets of hammer curls with 60lbs dbs :woohoo:

Things of note
  1. Pump is excellent and very noticeable
  2. Vascularity has increased throughout the last few weeks
  3. Strength has made slow and steady gains
  4. Body weight is still below 200lbs

6 sets 300lbs 3 reps means technically if you wanted to, you could probably work up to a 405lb bench in 30 days.

Let me say this, solo NOS Ether is a phenomenal product taken at 1 scoop pre and an optional 1 scoop post

I have gone as high as 1.5 pre with 1 scoop of JP8x....all I can say is :banana:

The focus/pump/endurance are out of this world.

Also, let me say this, the taste is phenomenal. I actually prefer the taste of NOS Ether to the taste of JP8x Hardcore, but both are good. The NOS is something I would drink recreationally , it is that good

When I combine them, I do 1 of each, and they are the craziest workouts know to mankind. I will say this, I try not to take pre w/o's like JP8x everyday. I try to do a couple on then a couple off so as to not diminish my sensititivy.

I am also try to use those on days where I know its going to be a killer and I need all the help I can get (like leg day this morning)

Some thoughts on the 2:
JP8x Hardcore:
-crazy, laser focus
-insane aggression
- only way I can describe it is "purpose"- makes me feel like my lifes purpose is to be down there crushing something

NOS Ether
-amazing taste
-outrageous pumps
-strong focus
-amazing muscular endurance

This is why together, it is the best pre drink out there

Thats about correct on the two. Not many people have it yet on here but DR325 has been on NOS ETHER for a week he told me he doesn't notice anything good or bad and hes using it pre/post and non-workout days. I think he stop JP8x cold turkey and went to NOS ETHER, I am waiting to hear back.

Pre W/O cardio typical 40 minutes

Focused my box squats more on weight and lower reps 325lbs 2 sets of 3 reps per

Bi's focused on standing alternating curls and hammer curls

Pump was insane as was vascularity.

he said he weened off over a week. I suggested he go 10 days w/o jp8x or nos ether because going from JP8x to NOS ether is like going from one Ferrari to another. I don't think you will "notice" much as in increased performance over the other.

couldn't agree more. Gotta give the body an appropriate amount of time to adjust to the change in stimulant content.

Awesome workout today with a lot of heavier lifts. Realized as I am closing in on my 39th birthday, this time next year I can go back to competing at 198 against the 40-49 class. :woohoo:

Push BP (5 sets) 2 sets @ 275lbs
Incline BP 1 set @ 175 for 30 reps <yes, I decided to burn the hell out of my chest>

Thrilled with the workout, chest is still twinging like crazy

Needless to say...my strength is improving as is my endurance. Pump from my bi work is crazy and it actually looks like I have bi's now, just just meat slab arms :)

not entirely the same thing tbh. JP8 is in a different category altogether. However I find that 1 of each does not make me feel too stimmed.

On certain days anything more than 1 scoop of JP8 and I am bouncing off the walls more than normal. :)

It's the best overall combo in the market imo.

with more motivation and drive based on mental focus, agression, ect, the 2 scoops of JP8x Hardcore cant be beat. Its like 1.5 scoops and 2 scoops is 2 dif products. But by doing 1.25 of each, you get only about 240mg of caffiene, some sick A$$ pumps and explosive power. 2 JP8x Hardcore dont give me "explosive power" like when I stack with ETHER, BUT 2 JP8x Hardcore, no matter how tired, or mentally drained I am puts me at 100000 for a workout....not as in hyper like 5 cups of coffee, but no stress, no mental fatigue, no problems, ipod cracked all the way up...weight moving. With that said like with AE14 i go with the stack of the two. Its hard to explain why it works better for me, but its more so I know the more ETHER I take, the more weight Im moving in lbs. Sometimes, focus, stimed, etc, doesnt = more weight. ETHER always = more weight going up.

ether looks good over long term.....but i agree, 2 scoops of jp8 hardcore is going to be hard to beat for immediate results!!!
