Sweet!

On training days take it with your pre-workout or 30-60 min. before (depending on what you prefer if you notice a difference). On off days take it any time, but I prefer upon waking in the morning. Nothing fancy here, just one capsule daily. :)

Glad you grabbed some VERSA-1™ man; I think you'll enjoy it.

Dosing is pretty straight forward. On training days, take 1 cap 30-60 minutes pre-workout (I usually do ~40mins pre), preferably with stimulants. On non-training days, I'd recommend taking it in the morning, but anytime of day would be fine. I you use any stims in the morning, I'd take VERSA-1 with them.

Yea i can say I got a bit tighter/fuller while on versa . So hopefully Ull notice it more since u got lower bf

For the record, I love VERSA-1™. I'm using it right now leading into a show. For me the highlights are strength and day-long energy, but it does so much more than that. :)

Honestly I eat mostly Jasmine and basmati (which is white, but not processed, so it does break down a bit slower)

I think AP will help lean you out or even provide a nice recomp if you plan your diet to do so.

when I started this I was already cutting. This just helped move it along.

As of the last week or two I've started eating more (and I've seen a nice recomping effect)

Not sure about a dirty bulk. I'd assume if you were to use it before your cheat meals then it might help to minimize fat gains.

But if you're eating bad all the time, you're going to get fatter, can't out supp a bad diet... Diet is king.

Thanks buddy. And i'm not sure about the Versa and trt.

I'm not even a week into versa yet, so I'll wait to comment on that.

I've had good leaning effects from the AP for sure, diet permitting.

As far as results go it should make no difference, but as always we recommend checking with your prescribing doctor before adding any supplements. Get the OK and I think you'll love VERSA-1™ just like anyone else. :)

Oh, that's a tough one. Personally, I prefer it for cutting because it seems to correct the issues that I tend to have. On the other hand you have people who get a massive appetite increase from it which is obviously going to make cutting difficult. Yes, many do find that it helps control fat gain while bulking. That was actually something that seemed to be a highlight of the product for most of the beta testers.

I've changed my training where I am now hitting everything twice a week besides arms which are once a week sometimes every other week.

It's looking like this

mon: Legs (squat plus hamstring accessory)
Tues: Heavy back light chest/delt
Wed: Arms
Thurs: Heavy chest light back/delt
Fri: Legs (pulls plus quad accessory)
Sat and sun completely off

This is the first week i'm adding in the second chest and delt day.
I added in the first Friday session about a month ago

Core and calve work On leg days
Conditioning usually on arms


to adjust for this I changed my Friday to a medium carb day, roughly 2-300

I've been staying real lean, and my strength hasn't gone down. Hell I think i'm getting stronger actually. and I do notice an increase in vascularity.



Sorry for slacking on the training updates, I've been really busy lately.

I intend to update at least a few of my favorite or heavy sessions from the last two Weeks.

Anyway here's a few update pics

Vascularity is STUPID. I have veins running thru my lower abs, and even a few in my obliques/ serratus.

Waking up really dry and full..I finished AP a few days ago and versa is taking full effect

That's awesome ace. The lower abdominals is where the vascularity really picks up for me as well. You've got me anxious to start back up.

The squat bar we have at my gym is a 55lber, so it's not the Mastadon, but just as thick and gnarly. It's given my back an awesome squat bar callus.

Actually...I want to weight this ****er now...maybe it is a Mastadon and I've been squatting 5lbs more than I thought this entire time!

I'm definetly liking AP. I don't know why I waited to long to try it. I think it's helped me lean out some actually. I'm picking up another bottle once I get through my other GDAs I have on hand.

May have to pick up Versa again. I felt an increased work capacity in it, I think

AP is great man. My diet was dialed in to rip up, but I think AP and versa have really sped up my leaning out process..

Also I do notice I can do so much at the gym and while i'm on versa I can ALWAYS do more.. It's like that fatigue just never sets in

I got to warm up with Lexen's resident Mastodon, that sucker is awesome! Fat, toothy, and sturdy. Just how I like my women.

I really love that Mastadon, but my shoulders really do not like getting back into a traditional squat position, so I have to use it sparingly if I want to do any upper body pressing the days after

Sup update.. Ran out of AP. Throughly enjoyed it. have a half bottle of versa and have been thoroughly enjoying it. Was debating to grab another bottle and try 2x day just bc i've been reading about ppl doing that.

Any thoughts guys?

I'd just stick with what's working. Using 1 cap a day for twice as long should allow you to make more progress overall.

Glad you're liking AP man. I just noticed that it's under $20 on NP if you want to grab more cheap.

That's one of my favorite things about VERSA-1™. My overall gym performance picks up and I literally don't want to stop training. You might've noticed after seeing some of my sessions. :D

09/05 upper

Dog bone scap pulldown ss DB head down rear delt fly
110x4x15 // 25 x5x15

flies were done very slow and controlled, with a pause at the top

triple set:
1) laterals 25 x7x15
2) front raise 15x7x12
3) seated fat bar ohp 95x18, 115x4x12, 105x2x10

Raises were done very slow and controlled, pausing at the top. Presses were done with slow negatives (4sec) and an explosive concentric

I planned on doing eight sets because they felt SO GOOD, but I tweaked my neck on the last rep of presses. Pretty bad. DAMMIT

triple set again
1) slight incline db fly 25x6x20
2) machine chest press 6x20
3) slight incline DB press 60x6x6

flies and db presses were both done with a 4 second negative, pause at the bottom, and explode up.
Slight incline was about 25°
Machine press was done with constant tension and elbows flared out hard

60s have never felt so heavy before.. Holy ****.

Went and saw the Chiro. Called it a day. He did some art on my neck extensors, Told me I strained it. Fml.

I have had a lot of issues in the past with rotator strain so the pre exhaust before the pressing is a great way to get extra volume in without beating up my joints

They're fun too. My upper body felt so enormous from the pump of the pulldowns/ rear Delts followed by the shoulder Tri set

So since I stained my neck I didn't train legs /pull Friday. Because of this, this high carb day turned into a low carb day. Woke up today 172... WTF


Makes me wonder if I should do a show.. My only problem being the closest one isn't drug tested.. I'll get owned by the juicers..

Today: squat, and eat a ton of carbs, hopefully 600+ . Operation fill up.

Even if you do a show and get trounced by the juicers, you can use it as a trial run to dial in the last few weeks of prep, getting the finishing touches down, and look the best you ever have.
