Good grief!!!!!!!!!!!! I took first dose Friday at work at 7 am. I don't think the energy left me til some time that night around 9ish. It def decreases the crap out of my appetite. Had my son's soccer tournament all weekend. Didn't get to lift but did do cardio Friday, 1 mile on treadmill 2.5 miles on elliptical. Sat 1.5 miles elliptical. Today will be doing cardio and back. So far this stuff is insanely good.

I have found takin it fasted is scary strong almost too much, but with a small amount in me, and then pop one. Good clean smoothness.

Yes, agreed. Don't wait til the shaking starts, lol. I take it empty to give it a little head start, but then eat a few bites of something within the next 10-15min after that.

Hit up gym with the bro's yesterday. Wanted to do cardio, but was packed. Hit up chest day. I haven't really done much benching since coming off the carpal tunnel surgery but starting to kick it back up. I normally do incline barbell more so then flat, and then do flat on db's. However for some reason my shoulder isn't hurting anymore on flat barbell.

Flat barbell bench: 105 lbs x 8 135 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 8, 245 lbs x 5

incline db press: 55 lbs x 10, 10, 50 lbs x 12

peck deck 150 lbs x 10,10,10

push ups 3 sets of 50

Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend!! Had some off days with the fam! Softball all day Sat and swimming Sunday. Hit up triceps and cardio Friday night. Did 1.5 miles on elliptical.

Triceps

rope press downs: 100 lbs x 10,10,10,10

machine dips: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

over head db press: 55 lbs x 10,10,10

overhead tri ext: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

Besides the Memorial day weekend eating lol actually good. Bloating is down and will have to weigh in at my Doc's Wednesday! The energy is way up though I mean through the roof!!

Hit up gym did mile on elliptical til my brother got there. We did biceps. Felt good and energy is still crazy intense!

Biceps:

cable high pulley curls: 60 lbs x 10,10,10 50 lbs x 12

standing ez bar curls: 70 lbs x 10, 10, 8

standing sup db curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8

cable machine curls: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

machine preacher curls: 70 lbs x 10, 60 lbs x 10, 50 lbs x 10

2 sets of 21's with 45 lb bar.

I bet you are sweating a ton too...I am down to peeing once or twice a day from sweating so darned much!!!

Sweat yes lol I live in Alabama. We sweat in Feb lol. Hit up gym yesterday warm up on elliptical then some back with friend from softball. Felt good, but I need to start taking this maybe around 11 or 12 vrs 6 bc by the time I got to the gym after work it's so late, that the energy is still there but down a lil. I can't handle 2 of these yet.

Back:

face pulls 110 lbs x 10,10,10,

wide grip pull downs: 80 lbs x 8,8, 90 lbs x 8,8

machine rows 80 lbs x 10, 90 lbs x 10,10

Hit up some triceps yesterday! Felt good for the first time in a while in terms of soreness. My grip on the hand I had carpal surgery on still isn't 100 percent. Didn't have time to do cardio.

Triceps:

ez bar skull crushers: 60 lbs x 8,8,8

tricep rope press downs: 110 lbs x 12, 120 lbs x 10, 10, 10

over head rope ext: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

Hit up Biceps Friday and some treadmill. Arms were pumped but I swear this tennis elbow crap sucks!!!!! Went to the pool Saturday and friend wedding on Sunday.

Shoulders been better as long as I don't over due chest day. But with my grip being better to the weights increasing. I was out for last few days. I had softball torney Sat in Villa Rica GA. Then Kids and Wife took me to see Conjuring 2 Sunday. I hit back up Friday. Yesterday went to gym and did 1 mile cardio and 10 min sauna. I didn't go Monday or Tuesday bc I woke up with a sore throat and joints issue. I remembered I had some amox left and started it and felt much better yesterday afternoon and today.

Had one of the best workouts this past Friday in a while. Felt really good and didn't want to leave. Hit up a mile on treadmill. Then lifted shoulders and triceps with my brothers.

Shoulders:

standing front and behind neck military presses doing as super set 8 reps x 3 sets. 65 lbs

seated db presses: 55 lbs x 10, 50 lbs x 10, 10

shoulder lat pull downs: 135 lbs x 12, 150 lbs x 10,10 195 lbs x 8

upright rows: 70 lbs x 10,10,10

triceps:

rope press downs: 80 lbs x 12, 90 lbsx 10, 120 lbs x 10, 10

reverse cable curls: 90 lbs x 10, 110 lbs x 10, 120 lbs x 10, 10

single arm cable curls both reg and reverse 50 lbs x 10,8, 10,8, 10,8
