Yes, agreed. Don't wait til the shaking starts, lol. I take it empty to give it a little head start, but then eat a few bites of something within the next 10-15min after that.I have found takin it fasted is scary strong almost too much, but with a small amount in me, and then pop one. Good clean smoothness.
I bet you are sweating a ton too...I am down to peeing once or twice a day from sweating so darned much!!!Besides the Memorial day weekend eating lol actually good. Bloating is down and will have to weigh in at my Doc's Wednesday! The energy is way up though I mean through the roof!!
having that grip back is huge- doing great broTuesday Chest day! Did mile treadmill cardio first. Felt good on inclines for a change. My grip is finally showing signs of getting back.
