Hey everyone,
This is my first post and since this is regarding my overall health I decided to ask the members on what they think of this cycle.
So in about a month I will be turning 36 and I've decided to try out PHs.
I went with 1/4 andro from OL. Also purchased Ar1macare for on cycle support, Sup3r PCT to run alongside clomid, my PCT. I will also be taking my multi v's, glucosamine w/chondroitin and milk thistle. I've decided to reset my workout and get back to the basics with starting strength then into the texas method.
Stats: 35 yrs old, 5'9", 164lbs, BF: 15-18%, Currently on a keto diet (aiming at 3200kcal starting Oct 1), 15 years on and off training (later years more on power lifting), Squat: 335 1rm, Bench: 240 3rm, Deadlift: 335 2rm.
