Dam you ran it for 12 weeks? Did you run the m14add for the full 12 weeks?okay here are the results i ran Epistan and M14ADD for 12 weeks:
weight: 184 to 212 (some of this is muscle memory)
Bic: 17.5 to 18.75
chest: 46 to 48.25
shoulders: 50 to 52
legs: 23.75 to 25
waist: 32 to 33 (not too happy, but it was a bulk)
strength gains were MASSIVE MASSIVE MASSIVE
Example i handled 355 barbell rows
315 inclines barbell chest (never smelt that b4) for 4 reps, i almost cried in excitement.
