I know this is prob gonna make me look really dumb but I just started to eat plain rolled oats, instant kind. Now this morning i put em in the microwave as the directions stated and than put them in the blender with my protein powder ect. when i was finished i could barely drink the damn thing because it was sooo thick. I know i used enough skim milk for it so how do you guys mix yours in and do you eat them before like i did?
