I didn’t count my pre against my fast. But, that would depend on what is in your pre. Protein shakes and anything with calories would work against your fast. Plain, unflavored BCAAs don’t, assuming the science hasn’t changed recently. I would wake up, drink black coffee at 0330, pre workout at 0400, then my feeding time was 12-8 PM. 5g BCAAs every hour from after my workout to the end of my fast. I was the leanest I ever was.Asking for advice… if u don’t mind. (Fasting)

And your probably right with calorie intake it feels impossible to eat in that window but that’s what I have. Work is ALWAYS crazy. I work I think about everyday it seems 0700 to 1530 or 1930 depending when anyone wants to come to work. was being totally honest you hold the weight well, i've seen girls at 185 that look a lot fatter--if you get down to 185 you will have it going on--but i promise you it's addicting good is never good enough, lol.I’ll take it. Made my night. Thank u
Well here’s the deal. I haven’t spoken this out loud but might as well… when I hit 180 I’m looking to purchase me some silicone lol. So if I get off this plateau…was being totally honest you hold the weight well, i've seen girls at 185 that look a lot fatter--if you get down to 185 you will have it going on--but i promise you it's addicting good is never good enough, lol.
