interested in hearing peoples experiences on it and if you had any rebound affects after stopping...

Maybe mid day around lunch and away from whey protein.workout days I take it 1 hour pre workout, how would yall take it on rest days?
yeah I edited the thread instead of making a new one lol your good but how much you did run?Wait I'm sorry thought this was a topic on phosphatidic acid. For PS maybe late morning.
Hmm, is the raw powder more effective? I'm enjoying cortibloc from chemix , but maybe I have to revisit this . I was only using 1 scoop of cortisolve.Use to use Cortisolve but I get raw powder by the kilo. 600mg 2 to 3 times a day. Helps relax me /less anxiety and helps with some water weight loss if been stuck on the scale for a while.
I definitely wouldn't worry about rebound, this isn't going to be especially strong or crush cortisol.interested in hearing peoples experiences on it and if you had any rebound affects after stopping...
It is going to be "weaker" IMHO. I don't have much cortisol blocking experience though and probably in the minority on the boards as I don't think blasting cortisol is as beneficial as many want to think and feel more life style changes and sleep are going to have much more "bang for your buck" to help cortisol than directly targeting it.How does it compare to to stronger cortisol reducers such as b aet, 7-keto, etc?
Way more effective mg per mg because you're paying a fraction of the cost. Also cortisolve is only standardized at 50% and I use 70% sometimes 50% depends which one I buy.Hmm, is the raw powder more effective? Thanks brother
that's the product I was thinking about buyingI tried Matt Porter cortisolve
I noticed nothing and had no rebound either
going to 2nd this...endoamp is good stuff.Check out Endoamp from iconic on this one as well. Really great wellbeing supplement.
Considering price and research I think Ash is pretty tough to beat.how would yall compare ksm-66 or sensoril to PS for its cortisol lowering effects? kinda the same feeling?
a lot of people don't tolerate ash.Considering price and research I think Ash is pretty tough to beat.
YMMV and everyone has their own experiences but I’d easily choose Ash.
EndoAmp has the same amount of PS, but also adds Alpha GPC - plus the benefit of being capped - you can take 3 caps preworkout on workout days, or take 3 caps spread throughout the day on non workout days.that's the product I was thinking about buying
Frankly, PS is something that should be taken on the regular - the effects improve the longer it's used. If you just grabbed a tub and ran it for a month, much of the benefits were just starting to kick in...and they can be a little subtle. this is why AET is popular, cortisol modulation happens really quickly - people notice results in days, not weeks. But, PS is an amazing product for long term health - especially brain health! Some amazing studies on it's potential long term benefits.I tried Matt Porter cortisolve

i have hardening of arteries in brain, it has caused a touch of dementia. i use endoamp as a daily supplement, it has helped more than donepezil hcl did, i no longer take it....my family buys me endoamp as gifts and presents, i try not to run out!!!Frankly, PS is something that should be taken on the regular - the effects improve the longer it's used. a vitamin for the brain.Agreed on the above. PS acts more like a buffer for cortisol and healthy body/brain function overall. Kind of like taking a vitamin, there's not an extreme swing or anything right away but you will feel it kicking in more and more.
@thebigt I am sorry to hear that. Have you considered supplementing with products that act as vasodilators? My father (who was a simply GREAT guy) had hardening of the arteries and had heart ailments beginning at about age 40, and ultimatey he had a stroke. For that reason I have been supplementing with Citrulline Malate, Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate, Pycnogenol, Potassium Nitrate, and Beet Root Powder for several years, and have used CM and AAKG for 20 years or more. There is also an excellent book on dementia called "Memory Rescue" by Dr. Amen.i have hardening of arteries in brain, it has caused a touch of dementia. i use endoamp as a daily supplement, it has helped more than donepezil hcl did, i no longer take it....my family buys me endoamp as gifts and presents, i try not to run out!!!

If you've not already, you might consider reading up on KNO3 (Potassium Nitrate). It is dirt cheap when purchased in bulk. If you do, take it with Vit C.thanks @Beau...i use l-citrulline/arginine daily, and every other day i take a quarter tab of 100mg viagra. been looking at beet root.
