After consulting with many guys on here I decided on my spring recomp (Slight calorie surplus but keeping the cardio). I am currently 6ft, 215lbs, 16% bf. 1100lbs big 3. Been cycling for a few years now but this will be my first time using Trest, Caber, HCG and 11KT. It will also be my first time running a cycle longer than 8 weeks as it was impossible going longer with 4AD as a base. With that said, if things get a little too rough I may shorten the run to 8 weeks or at least trade in the SD at the end for my bottle of Havoc Epi or Var. I am mainly logging this because of the lack of info on longer trest/ph cycles on the forum. I couldn't find much similar to this anyway. I will be doing an inbody scan before and after to show solid numbers for progress. Nothings set in stone and I am posting early so theres time to order something else if need be. Start date is March 2nd, 2020. Should be a brutal but fun run. Routine will be Pull-Push-Legs-Pull-Push-Legs-Off. My macros are currently 45-35-20% Pro-Carb-Fat but I will adjust for higher carbs during cycle.
Goal: Gain decent muscle without gaining fat. Keep the "bulk" clean. Not get tits. Grow a beard to hide the bloated hammerhead shark face.
Anabolics:
7-Alpha Ace TD(Trest) - 30mg for week 1-12 (Shoutout to Ripper & PRE for the help on this)
Nanodrol(Msten) - 22.5mg for week 1-4
XI-KT Invictus TD(11Keto) - 1ml per day week 5-8
Methdrol(SD) - 20mg for week 9-12
*Note* I have Anavar and Havoc Epistane on hand if I want to do week 9-12 but don't feel I can handle SD.

Aromasin
Arimidex
Clomid
Nolva
Cialis
Pura D'or anti thinning shampoo
Support:
1G Tudca - week 1-12
Ar1macare pro - week 1-12
HCG 250IU every 5 days(Slin needles in subq belly fat) - week 3-12
