Sweet. Nice looking bench!
That’s awesome. Gonna start selling them k the auction section lol.Working on a piece to turn my Chest Press machine in to a Seated Row
I wish I was a handy guy. I have no inclination. I can do stuff but I don't have tools and have never invested in them. I didn't have one of those let's do everything around the house ourselves dads, and I never had a job I had to do stuff like that. So I just never really learned, now the tools are such an investment...0 Dollars all scrap !!
I would prefer black vinyl, but Free vinyl is good to ..Nice bench! Shiny like a sports car!
Yes I have a small fabricating shop at my house. Are you welding the bench? That is a skill I wish I had. I can fix almost anything (shhhh, don't tell) but I never learned to weld...
they used to tech welding in shop class back in me and rocket's day...woodworking tooAre you welding the bench? That is a skill I wish I had. I can fix almost anything (shhhh, don't tell) but I never learned to weld...
That is where I fell in love with welding, woodworking not so muchthey used to tech welding in shop class back in me and rocket's day...woodworking too
used to teach all kinds of practical/useful stuff back then.
actually put the woodworking skills to more use, but I've had occasion to use welding too....saved a ton of money installing my water heater myself!!!That is where I fell in love with welding, woodworking not so much
too bad they don't teach kids useful stuff like that anymore...unless you consider 'protesting' a useful skill, lol. That is where I fell in love with welding, woodworking not so much
100%...right on!!!Yeah, they don't even teach kids to think anymore in school. But it's not really the kids fault, it's our fault. The kids are SUPPOSED to be the leaders of tomorrow.
....But WE are supposed to be the leaders RIGHT NOW.
Anything that would allow for self-help is frowned upon. It leads to some bad situations and I think the gun issue is a microcosm of that problem....but don't want to go political.

Just a few notes; I feel stronger, I am down a few pounds and I really like what I see in the mirror, I look fuller and leaner. I have been sleeping GREAT, is there something in this that would help me with sleep ?? My joints are feeling as good or better than when I was taking a joint supplement. So far I am really liking this product !!

I consider myself very fortunate that I grew up poor and if something broke, we had to fix it ourselves. My dad ran his own body shop out of the garage so he had most of the tools to do stuff or we were able to improvise enough to get the job done. I see so many guys these days that can't even change their own tire, let alone do anything that actually requires any mechanical skills. We live in a throw-away society were most would rather just throw it away rather than fix it. That goes for relationships too.I wish I was a handy guy. I have no inclination. Fd up my lat between my rear delt and lat.I was about 7 pull ups in and all of a sudden it felt like a small tear. hurts like crap today. Been Icing the crap out of it. problem is my damn armpit gets frozen! lol
I was raised as one of those people who didn't know how to fix anything. I knew how to change a tire though. But the last couple years i got sick of not knowing how to do anything and decided to fix anything that broke myself and figure it out. Now i have a bunch of tools for anything mechanical that breaks and tools to build things and ive built myself some working and storage areas in my garage and since deciding to do things for myself ive fixed a bunch of small stuff on my truck and even swapped the engine in my last truck myself. Deciding to figure out how to do things myself was frustrating at first but its the best thing ive ever decided to do it was incredibly frustrating growing up with a dad who didnt care to teach me how to do anything and ive devoted myself to not becoming the same type of fatherI consider myself very fortunate that I grew up poor and if something broke, we had to fix it ourselves.
