I took BurnX with 3 slices of bacon and one fried egg and the effects were much more palatable. I was able to attend my entire 3 hour church block without getting drowsy, so that's really saying something.

I normally feel very hot even when others around me are cold, but both day's I've taken this, I felt quite cold. I had my suit jacket on for church, so it wasn't uncomfortable, but it was definitely noticeable.

It's 6 hours later, now, and I still feel the effects, but it's calmer and more pleasant.

you WILL lose weight taking burn xtreme, I guarantee it!!!

throw in invictus and 11kt-spray and you have the best fat loss sack available, imo....look at my old log, I lost 30lbs and diet wasn't even very tight!!!!

workout today was intense, I felt very aggressive and was going at it like a demon:saevilw:!!! today is one of those days when it is good that I workout in my basement gym, I was really in the zone and focused, if someone would have tried to distract me I just might have attacked them, lol.

DAY 9 on heptadrol/11kt-spray, starting to feel effects...stomach looks leaner to me[maybe just wishful thinking], no sign of pants/belt fitting looser-yet!!!

libido has been really good last few days...muscle pump from workouts have been lasting longer, and overall muscles seem harder....even though my pants/belt don't seem any looser I think I look tighter in mirror-even when I weighed 265 I had visible upper abs, hoping by the end of this run to have really visible lower abs-this has always been my weak spot.

had to change up my diet to more dense calorie foods, I am eating cheese cake/carrot cake and even ice cream...only problem is I can only eat a small portion before becoming full. I am down another 2lbs [179]. burn xtreme totally kills my appetite!!!

on the Brightside, jeans and belt are fitting looser-and muscles look very full, I have no doubt by the time this run is over I WILL have visible lower abs-getting real close...libido is good, nothing to write home about but not bad. I upped the beta beta sitosterol because I was having some issues with feeling like I had to pee all the time but having difficulty getting a stream started, everything is good now!!!

I was told I needed knee replacement over 10 years ago....I just can't afford to take the time off, sometimes it is better and then it will get worse-right now it is pretty bad...because I am favoring my right knee so much I have developed a bone spur on outside of right foot and now I am getting shin splints-all on the right side!!! going to have to get doc to make an ortho appointment for me and look at alternatives that won't keep me sidelined for a long period of time!!!

cheap labor can become expensive really fast when you lose contracts, get bad word of mouth and plus have to replace equipment they destroy, not to mention the need for constant supervision....been there done that...

indeed- part of the reason my FIL is afraid to hire, even with the stroke he had. I had to have a long talk with him and that wasnt fun.

one thing is for certain, the leaner you get the harder it gets to see results....body is starting to see effects from heptadrol/11kt-spray-hardness and muscle fullness.

here we are at day 22 on heptadrol-only 8 days to go....still using the 10 sprays of 11kt-spray and zeus juice as preworkout, along with burn xtreme either mid afternoon on workout days or mornings/mid afternoon on non workout days.

don't have any negatives sides-none...positive effects have been happening since the 1st week I think due to zeus juice[very good stuff], now the heptadrol seems to be fully kicking in....with only 8 days to go I am going to wait until final review to give details!!!
