Shoulders, Calves and abs
great workout today because I didn't have to rush to get back to work, so I was able to take some more time.
I took powermax almost 2 hours before I worked out today because I was doing other things at work and wouldn't have time to get back to the office before the gym. I have to say that this actually worked out in my favor.
I used the hammer military press and superset with calve presses. The machines are about 10 feet from each other, so 10-12 reps on one and walk over to the other and 1-12 reps.
5 sets on both
450 on the calve press
230 on the hammer press
dropped the wgt on the hammer press
180 for 4 more sets and super set with shrugs
360 8 reps 4 sets
db side lateral raise
30 x 12 3 sets
front raise with cable ropes
1 x60 for 10
1 x 80 for 10
1 x 90 for 8
1 x 100 for 7
I finished up with isometric shrug lifts using the hammer strength bench press. you really get to hit the full motion of the exercise and really get to squeeze the sh1t our of the traps.
this was a great workout, focus and was pretty pumped. Its nice to have a bicep pump, but when your traps are raised up and you can visible see that
swollen look through the shirt you have on, its awesome.
pretty focused in the gym, pump as I said was great
