PRIMEVALVP - What are the time lines for this does everyone have enough product for say a 6 week run or will this be a 4 week race? I am all over this but want to make my training / nutrition plan based on a timeline. Like length of time, and what time frame as in start with a beginning pic with in the next 2 weeks and final pictures posted up 8 weeks from the day you start. We can have a main update thread with progress and trash talk and the main post could have links to all of our logs in the first post. then the individual logs for training and everyday stuff. We did a wildly successful one like this called The Transformers or something along those lines a while back. It had tons of followers.

I would love to log this product. I am a huge fan of sarms and am definitely interested in Cardarine.

Male, 22 yr old
Current weight: 150 lbs
Body fat: 5-6%
Lift 6-7 days a week
Cardio 4-5 days a week

Currently in prep for my 2nd bodybuilding competition which will be on October 10th, 2015. I compete in the lightweight bodybuilding class with a stage weight at 150 lbs. Will be trying to bulk up after my show to around 170-180 to get ready for my shows next spring.

College student who is a bodybuilding and fitness fanatic. Huge supplement fan, currently all natural. Willing to try anything as long as it's taken safely.

Would love to log this supplement as in I believe it would allow me to stay shredded when I begin my bulk after my competition.

OH Yeah and when we do this transformation contest don't be "That guy" who over eats or drinks a bunch of water a few days ahead of time or that day to make yourself look worse than normal in before pics. It is typically obvious. Present yourself at your current best and see what your real improvements were.

Funny you should mention, I actually found a puppy last weekend, gave it to my sister yesterday after not finding the owners but I didn't name her for that very reason.

Well I have yet to find out what the dose per cap is and how many caps we get per bottle, so that will largely determine the way I use the product. I've read about people mostly doing 14 or 21mg with the OL UK Cardar1ne.

Bottle says 3-6 cap per day. I think I will run 4caps=20 mg first..then up it as needed.

If everyone ran the whole thing at 20mg/day the bottle would last 45 days (6 and a half weeks). I would say 6 weeks should be a minimum!

Lol I didn't even come up with the contest but if people want to pick it up and join in we can do that too. You guys wanted a contest I simply decided to up the ante with the prize I have no issue with it being ran either way whatever makes you guys happy is good to go with me.

Great company to log for. Great product to learn more about from multiple POV's! Great thread and great motivational contest. I'm curious to how the results will be judged. If I followed correctly it seems two of the loggers will also be running Epi-GH and another is also on Ostarine already. I would think that needs to be addressed in the opening rules. Curious to how that will factor in, but I am excited to follow this! Several great veteran loggers and also newcomers getting involved. Great promo PRIMEVALVP
