Super EXCITED! Just received the stack today, will begin the Log Tomorrow.

8 week run.

Exo - 3 pumps a day (2am / 1pm)
Viron 2 pills a day (1am / 1pm)
Follidrone - 2 pre (1am / 1pm non workout)
Alphamine - Ill start 1am / 1pre. Might amp it to 2 pre if needed.

Injured my left hamstring 2 days ago so i will be taking it easy on the legs for a week or 2 but just cant wait!

Currently at 232 lbs. I'd estimate 14% bf.

will be going for a cut, wish me luck!

Thats the plan jeje. Read so many good reviews i had to jump.

after this im thibking of going into the rad / lgd cycle i have stocked up. By then, hopefully more people will have experienced rad and will have a better knowledge of optimal dosing.

also have a left over SDMZ 2.0 which is hiding in my drawer lmao.

all in the name of GAINZ!

Well gents, Day 1.

As no surprise, don't have much to reflect on at the moment. I will say this, I got called in to work yesterday at 11 pm and didn't get to sleep until 3:30am. Upon waking up 8:30 AM, I took 1 scoop of alphamine and man, on just 5 hours of sleep and a hell of a workout yesterday, I felt GOOD. not slouchy, not groggy, not draggin my feet. I'd say I felt these effects within the hour. Could be a mental effect, but I actually asked myself why I was so upbeat. And the only thing that came to mind was the alphamine. (also took my first dose (2 pumps) of exotherm) that morning.

Ill be taking another scoop of alphamine plus 2 follidrone caps this afternoon for the workout. BACK DAY!

Ok. Pre workout chatter.

just took 1 scoop of alphamime, half a scoop of high volume. And 2 folidrone on an empty stomach!

Im hoping i get that effect / endurance everyone rages about. Will report back after the workout!

So day 1 is in the books. Did 5 back exercises, wide grip ñat

pulldowns 8 sets pyramid style.
seated parralel grip cable row.
1 arm cross body pull down
sesyed close grip pull down (machine)
straight arm cable pulldowns.

finished with triceps overhead cable extension and cable push downs.

needless to ssy, did atleast 5 sets in esch bsck exercise and honestly when i finished, i felt i could do at lesst 3 more exercises for back. Not sure if it was a mental thing or if it was the actual alphamime + folli combo.

hopefully the rest of my workouts continue like this.

Nicely done. Some people follow a planned workout strictly down to sets and reps, but if I feel like I have more in the tank and I have the time, I go until I'm out of gas. Once this whole stack kicks in you'll feel unstoppable!

Just a quick side note. Im defibitely attributing my morning energy to the alphamne. Keeps me alert, grest mood and aware.

Day 6!! Quick mention on the alphamine. Did a morning workout yesterday so i decided to go on an empty stomach since its teccomended not to eat anything for atñesst 30 mins

with that in mind, i took 2 scoops of alphamine along with the 2 follidrone. Talk about endurance!!!!

Hunger didnt kick in until approx 30 mins afyet my workout. Plus i did 6 chest exercises and went back up to 100's hammer press on incline! Definitely tons of energy.

looking foward to todays shoulder workout (stilñ recovering from hamstring so ive only done walking / stairs for legs)

Day 8. Finally a week in. Funny thing, I weighed myself today, in the morning as usual, and was surprised to see 227.

Cardio has been limited to just walking during the week and trail hiking in the weekends due to the hamstring injury. Nonetheless, I was complemented by a fellow female in the gym saying I look "buffer" since she last saw me which was surprising because im on a cut.

Also, been having an amazingly increased Libido. Im gonna have to attribute it to the Viron. Finally, endurance is up as expected knocking out major volume in each workout and almost matching my PR's for auxillary lifts while on cycle. So definitely going great so far and its only been 1 week.

Let the gainz continue!

2 weeks in. Today i weifhed myself at 225. Could be a drop in water weight. Going strong!

Ok so its been a while since I last stopped by.

Originally the plan was all supps for 8 week run. But just grabbed me some LGD and Rad from Olympus (non-sponsored) so I'm cutting out the follidrone and viron so I can start these new supps.

After 4 weeks, I honestly can say enough good things about Follidrone!!! After a full 8 hour day, being able to get to the gym and mentally know you wont slack on the workout is amazing. GREAT endurance for Sure!

Alphamine.... My Pick me-up in the mornings and my energy in the afternoon. Have been off preworkout during my usage and although IU've always been heavily stimmed dependant, Alphamine gave me a good source of energy and appetite suppression.

Viron. I'll be honest, initially it had some good effects on me but as the weeks went on, I didn't see that constant raging boner I was looking for. But sex drive was there, As a matter of fact, sex drive went up, I cant deny it But maybe I was expecting just a lil more. (dosage was 2 pills day split 5 days on, 2 days off)

Exotherm. I'll be continuing to complete the full 8 weeks. But after just 3 weeks, I Felt more defined in my shoulders and back. GF and females associates even said I looked bigger while dropping eight. Must be dat der illusion ;).

Overall, it was just a 4 week run but enjhoyed non the less.

Ill start Rad at 8mgs for 4 weeks and LGD 4 and taper up to 12mgs for 8 weeks. I'll continue my use of the exotherm as well. Looking to recomp. If I gain atleast 5 lbs while maintaining or lowering BF ill be more than happy.

(probably use the other bottle of follidrone / Viron for PCT)
