Hello AM peoples. I'm very excited to get this log going. Even though I won't have the Radar1ne in my hand until Monday, I wanted to get it started with some stats, pics and hype!!
First of all I want to thank Olympus UK for the opportunity to run and log this intriguing new compound. Some of you may remember me as a former rep for OL, but I am in no way a shill or influenced to make this log a sales pitch for the product. I will be nothing but honest and objective. And results speak for themselves.
Cycle Layout:
Radar1ne 8/8/8/12/12
Test Cyp 250mg/week
Mast Prop 245mg/week
Have been cruising on this dose of Test and Mast for a couple months, so it will be in full effect right away. I have pharma Adex and Aromasin on hand, but don't really need them on this dose, and the Mast does a good job of keeping estrogen in check.
Stats:
5'11"
213 lbs.
Approx. 12% BF
Long-term physique goal: 215-220 ish @ 10%
Diet:
3500 cals/day for 3 days, then 1 day at 4500...repeat
Macros tend to land at 225P, 125F, 350C on 3500 days...250P, 150F, 450C on 4500 days
This will be a moderate bulk. With the results of this compound paired with Test are not highly known, we'll see what happens.
Training:
6 workouts rotate in this order:
Push Power
Pull Hyper
Legs Power
Push Hyper
Pull Power
Legs Hyper
I do about 20-25 minutes of mild cardio after weight training usually consisting of elliptical, stairs, jump rope, speed bag, and jogging
Lifts:
Bench 315 x 2
Squat 365 x 3
Dead 465 x 1
OHP 185 x 5
Don't really know exact 1RM.
Won't really be logging my workouts in detail, but will note accomplishments or anything that has me excited. I'm pretty detailed and thorough. I welcome any questions, cross-talk, whatever. This log will hopefully bring to light some details about this new product. But most of all I hope to make some GAINZZZZZZZZZ
