Just did 15 40 yard sprints, ten mins of agilities, 100 yards of grids, and 10 100 yard sprints w my players in the rain after their lift. Mind u this is after my crazy circuit session and weighted carries today.... The amount of food I just ordered for dinner to bring home is disturbing... It can only be eaten in private behind closed doors. Will take pics. On a side note, looks like my hip issues are finally behind me BC I owned those sprints. I'm 26 and beat out 5 of our high school starters on each one... I'd say I ran about a 4.7 at best. Which is good BC I am partaking in a new sport coming to the U.S. I will post a link up

Man I don't think i can comment enough on the alpha feeling I've had since about the 10 day mark on this stuff..... I feel like I can do ANYTHING. I hope it doesn't go away when I come off.. And I am trying to get ahold of my doc for ending blood work. I do have baseline work from feb.

Fat loss and muscle growth has stalled for about 10 days now. I am also holding water. I've tried refeeds. I've tried increasing cardio and lifting volume and I've tried decreasing... I'm at a loss right now. Not sure if I should reverse diet by adding in some daily carbs around workouts...

Maybe the sodium intake is the problem? I think I read that not enough sodium make you hold water I can be wrong do.

Too much and not enough absolutely... I don't track it but I eat pretty much the same things every single day.... It could be lack of.

I do have iodized salt so I should probably start adding to some foods

Today was just a HIIT day with a buddy we did 15 rounds on the bike
5 at 60 seconds on / 30 off
5 at 40 on/ 20 off
5 at 30 on/15 off

And lots of stretching and foam rolling...legs are super tight from Tuesday's sprints w my players still.

Tomorrow will be a bodyweight circuit and weighted carries before I resume lifting again on Monday. Neck is feeling good.

X ray revealed a straightening of the cervical spine..... Will continue adjustments and soft tissue treatment as my insurance is covering it til july!!

The puzzle here is how my waist is STILL shrinking, but I'm not seeing any more abs or definition in my body as a whole........ It has to be diet related. I may not be refeeding correctly. I am hydrated at a gallon+ a day.

It's something silly like 2g. You'll exceed it with ease if you eat anything even slightly processed. I usually only worry about sodium in a peak week type scenario or on cycle when bp gets higher.

One thing I find reduces blot for me is hitting the sauna for a long stretch. Either that or cutting my carbs back a bit and only from potatoes. Lower fiber content seems to help too

My carbs are as low as they can go without going keto.. And I don't want to go keto in April lol. I'll play around with salt intake I don't eat any processed foods so I may just be low

maybe its the carb sources then? I ate nothing but oats for years and within the last 6mo seem to have developed a bit of an intolerance to them as I get gassy and bloated as all hell. I eat them anyways tho because I love them.

hmmm... I wonder fi maybe during your refeed it would be better to get a little "junky" with your sources. Cereal, etc. just to shock your body a bit and make it work in ways it hasn't. Might be worth a shot and might stimulate something that hasn't been used (some bdily functions/enzymes/etc) to begin again. Totally just spitballing

I know the feeling. I'm always terrified of any cheat food/meal when cutting. I'm a total bro food eater almost exclusively until I decide im done cutting even tho I know it's not nec or even optimal

I had several people comment on how lean i have gotten (clothed) what's funny is i don't look nearly as good as I did two weeks ago (naked).. I was equally lean but drier and much more full. One person was honest enough to say I look too skinny and small.

I honestly cannot accurately judge my own size- it's part of my disorder that simply will not go away (body dysmorphic disorder)... What Im trying to say is I think I need to refeed- badly- to pump up my glycogen stores and kick start metabolism to continue burning fat. I think I will do this tomorrow and carb backload for my Monday workout and then try to deplete throughout the week again. I'm willing to trial and error this time of year BC it isn't beach season here in CT til end of May. Sub 10% is still quite feasible by MDW, I just need to figure out how to get from watery 11% to dry >10%

Took two defuse before coming to a BBQ Bon fire... All I had was these ribs but I haven't had that much sugar (from sauce) in a long time and I'm positive there was HFCS in the BBQ sauce but no biggy

Went ahead and had a refeed. Woke up looking quite replenished all over... And finally had some doms lol. I do look and feel quite puffy tho so hopefully 24 hours will be enough to see some improvements in the mirror after shocking my system with this

I'm getting blood drawn today.. Have about 10 days left in the run. Leaning progress has stopped. Alpha male and mood benefits continue. Haven't had sex since Easter by choice... Girls started getting way too attached so had to cut three of them off... Starting to date 2-3 new ones now tho so we'll see what happens when I get them in the sack lol

I haven't taken a cap yet today I wanna see what "baseline" is. My last capsule was around midnight last night

My bottle of inhibit e has magically disappeared with about 8 days left (not a huge deal) but very odd lol. I think I left it in my gym bag Monday and it must have fallen out?? Either way. The run has concluded on that note and I will begin to work on final review and snap some final pics along with posting before and after blood work!

I keep all supps in a backpack under my bed..... I took the bottle with me the day I went to get blood drAwn so I could take my first capsule after the draw.... Which I did.. Then it went MIA somewhere between the car work and gym that day lol

Well inhibit e sure did its job....

You can see a drop of 7 points in the e2 and no real change with total test... All numbers stayed relatively the same and only estrogen was lowered! Wish I had higher test... But this was definitely effective as an anti estrogen.

I believe I best suited at low 30s, however... Or if I had more test haha.

Curious as to why shbg is so high tho... That's probably what's killing me in terms of gains and body fat% at this point.... Any suggestions fellas???

Tongat and boron combo should lower SHBG but you may see a slight increase in estrogen.

3 caps daily spaced out upon waking, 4-6 hour later, and pre bed. This draw was at the 7 week mark.

Seems like Viron + Inhibit E would be a great combination! I would have said Alphmax as well other than for the fact it's got an Arimistane and you don't want to chase E too low

That would be a good run. I wouldnt do the alphamax along with it but viron and inhibit E would be good.

Definitely solid blood results

Took about 12 hours over 3 sessions and a year and a half bc I kept putting it off!! So glad it's finally done for many reasons
